Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Nose: Fresh pineapple and tropical fruit with a slight citrus lift.
Palate: Smooth with fruit sweetness at fist followed by pineapple, lime and grapefruit giving the wine a lusciousness and length. The wine finishes with fresh acidity and lingering minerality.

Chardonnay 2010
Nose: Peaches, stone fruit , summer fruits. Nice oak influence, deft handling. Shows complexity in the palate, a real flavour of the 2010 vintage.
Palate: Full ripe flavours, rich ripe palate. Summer fruits, nectarines, peaches and balanced by judicious use of oak complexity and creaminess. Light yellow, apples and nectarines with summer fruit aromas and a hint of vanilla new oak. Smooth entry. Pleasant nectarine and peach flavours followed by a rich palate and succulent mouth feel. This wine is balanced with fine use of oak on the lingering finish. Very likeable and easy on the palate... A taste of summer.

Pinot Noir 2010
Nose: Dark ruby / Garnett. Forest berries and currents intertwine with hints of savoury aromas.
Palate: The palate is full and shows savoury / bacon characters, lingering length and fine integrated tannins. The juicy, savoury notes fill the mid palate and lead onto balanced oak finishing with a hint of fruit sweetness. This wine will continue to develop with age.
